[Product performance]

This series of products are thermoplastic phenolic resins or modified phenolic resins formed by polycondensation of phenol and formaldehyde under the action of acidic catalysts. It has low free phenol content, high thermal decomposition temperature, low thermal degradation at high temperatures, and good fluidity. It has strong wetting ability to fibers and fillers, stable friction coefficient of products, strong heat recovery ability, and low abrasion.

[Applications]

Mainly used in the manufacture of various friction materials such as disc plates, drum plates, friction blocks, clutch facings, brake bands, train brake shoes, industrial brake shoes, etc.

[packaging and storage]

The solid resin is packed in a kraft paper bag or woven silk bag lined with a plastic bag, and the net weight is 25kg or 40kg; the liquid resin is packed in an iron or steel drum, and the net weight is 200kg or 240kg. The product's model, batch number, weight and other information are marked on the package.

The product should not be exposed to moisture or heat. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. The storage temperature of solid resin should be lower than 25℃, and the storage temperature of liquid resin should be lower than 15℃. The stack is too high.

The storage period of solid resin is 6 months from the date of manufacture; the storage period of liquid resin is 3 months from the date of manufacture, below 15°C in winter, and 1 month below 25°C in summer.
